Once you scan the code, and fill out the form in it’s entirety you will get a confirmation message with the code.
In case of emergency only text 507-923-6854. We will do our best to follow up after hours, but the QR code is the best way to ensure prompt drop off.
Enter the code generated just for you to open the back door on the south side of building.
Put your name and phone number on the orange tag provided and zip tie to the animal.
Make sure refrigeration is turned on.
Wait for a call in 1-3 business days for cut instructions.
